The Director IT, Enterprise Systems Architecture & Support is responsible to plan, execute, and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP & other ERPs), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ) Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM & Anaplan), SuccessFactors and other HCM platforms. This individual will be a key member of the IT leadership organization and will oversee an IT management team across EMEA and North American that will lead business and IT initiatives. This position reports in CIO office.
. Lead the development of the Enterprise IT strategy and roadmap and ensure the teams integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans through coordination with the CIO, and other IT leaders. Current roadmap includes an expanding landscape for SAP ERP as well prepare for SAP S/4HANA transition.
. Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Enterprise Applications organization to foster a business-oriented culture to ensure alignment and contribution to the company and functional goals and objectives.
. Provide leadership, direction and day-to-day oversight to the Enterprise IT Applications teams (including staffing, budgeting, user support, and other relevant management and administrative functions).
. Develop and control the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for the team to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives and is within the plan.
. Provide leadership to ensure the overall digital strategy matures appropriately as Excelitas' needs grow. Participate in senior business leadership discussions where you will be asked to provide business relevant updates on IT initiatives and strategies.
. Execute key projects in compliance with Project Management Framework, manager risks, and create business outcomes that create value for all stakeholders.
. Minimum of 8-12 years of related IT experience, preferably in a global environment.
. Bachelor's degree in required, Master's degree preferred.
. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an Enterprise IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.
. Strong organizational skills and experience building consensus across the IT teams.
. Deep understanding of IT systems management across a global organization.
. Strong vendor management and partner relationship skills to identify and leverage both internal/external resources to enhance capabilities that support the business objectives.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to corporate business leaders, and business concepts to the IT workforce.
. Track record of performing Due Diligence, Integration, and Stabilization of acquired company's IT systems.
