Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Location: Singapore, SG, Singapore

Description

- Managed site's facilities matters in accordance with the requirements of site & corporate requirements, WSH Acts and its Subsidiary regulations, which include but no limited to technicality and administrative, hands-on, contract renewal, monitoring of PM schedule, document etc - Manage all contractor's including but not limited to maintenance/service term contractors and contractors on ad hoc project. This shall include monitoring contractors' performance and administrative till the completion of work - Manage special / improvement projects, which include but not limited to energy improvement expansion etc - Hands-on for all/any technical task which include but not limited to lightings replacement, replace locks, minor repairs / replacement of M&E services i.e. ACMV, Electrical, waste water plant, waste management, plumbing & sanitary etc - Manager Facilities' servicing records, checklist and all relevant documentation and ensure up-to-date - Carry out facilities maintenance task including managing term contractors, conducting routine checks etc - Support and work in collaboration with EHS & Maintenance Department, in meeting requirements / compliance - Handle and manage all contractors and their deliverables according to requirements, approved quotation &/or agreement - Attend and response to any breakdown or emergency matters and 24/7 standby on any emergency situation - Support AS9100D implementation, and sustenance of ISO14001 certification - Support incident reports and ensure follow-up actions (reactive / Preventive) are implemented - Support the operations in identifying, assessing any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or process, risk management and consulting - Any other projects/tsk as assigned by Manager from time to time

Requirements

- NTEC or Diploma in related fields - Min 3 years of relevant scope of work - Licensed electrician preferred - Technical facility and security management knowledge - Ability to work independently and as a team - Excellent follow-up skills - Good communication skills
